Super Bowl Beer "Cheese" Dip

This recipe is a crowd pleaser. This Vegan version of a cheese based favorite is now ready for game time! It has all the flavor of
the original with less than half the calories, no cholesterol, full of good for you stuff but taste is so great your 'meat eating friends' will have no idea. It even has awesome beer soaked Baco Bits for that hint of bacon flavor. So, chill the beers, turn on the game and grab your favorite dunkers and devour this dip!

Cashews 4 cups (soaked in beer or water, for 8 hrs or over night and drained)
Beer 1/2 cup (don't drink the rest yet)
Orange Bell Peppers 2 (seeded and stem removed)
Garlic 4 cloves
Garlic powder 1-2 tsp
Nutritional Yeast 3/4 cup
Bragg's Aminos 1 Tbs
Paprika 1-2 tsp
Lemon 1 (juiced)
Mustard -stone ground 2Tbs
Tabasco 1-2 tsp
Salt (to taste approx. 1 tsp)
Beco Bits 1/4cup (soaked in 1/4 cup beer from above that you didn't drink :-) if there's some left after this you can drink it!)

1 Put everything except the Baco Bits in the food processor. Process until smooth, some texture is fine if you want it to be not so smooth.

2 Add the Baco Bits, all the beer will have soaked into them. Process for a minute or two.

3 Pour into a bowl. Eat it now or cover it and put it in the refrigerator to chill and setup. Will keep for several days.
