Horseradish Mayo Sauce

I found this recipe in Tal Ronnen's book The Conscious Cook. This tastes a lot like the sour cream horseradish sauce you might have with prime rib. (not that you ever ate that in your meat eating days) Amazing as a
sandwich spread! Make it ahead and have on hand.

Vegan Mayo 1 cup
Horseradish 1 Tbs (the 'prepared' kind in a jar. NOT the 'creamy' style.)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Agave 1 tsp
Lemon 1 (juiced)
Garlic powder 1-2 dashes
Onion powder 1-2 dashes

1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well blended. 

done! OR

2 You can chill for awhile (1 hour or more) to let the flavor mix.

3 Spread, eat, dip, dunk, or anything else you can think of, enjoy.
